We will pay you a flat referral fee based on your property's monthly rent.

monthly rent = $1300-$2000: $350 referral

monthly rent = $2001-$2500: $450 referral

monthly rent = $2501+: $550 referral

Lease-only sign ups get paid 10% of one months rent.
