We will pay you a flat referral fee based on your property's monthly rent.

monthly rent = $1300-$1550: $350 referral

monthly rent = $1551-$1800: $450 referral

monthly rent = $1801+: $550 referral

Lease-only sign ups get paid 10% of one months rent.
